1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Authick provides an API service for delivering One-Time Passwords (OTPs) via WhatsApp for authentication purposes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

3. Registration and Accounts

In order to access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API keys. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, or to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.

5. Fees and Payment

Some of our Services are billed on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis or charged per usage depending on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Authick, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
